This is one of my favorite projects EVER because it’s a race I’ve experienced as a spectator, volunteer, and participant! They came to me with the goal of a rebrand and updated website that would be easy for their athletes to use, and simple for their team to update. I talked to triathletes at multiple stages of participation – newbies and seasoned racers – to truly understand the needs of this website.
