Going into its 20th year, St Pete Pride needed a new brand and website in order to go after bigger sponsorship dollars and to show the community that they are truly committed to inclusivity and intersectionality. With new leadership at the helm, there was lot of growth opportunity for the organization as a whole – but their brand and website were holding them back.

The Challenge

Mile End Digital created a stand-out new brand to reflect how St Pete Pride is evolving and moving in a more intentional direction – in its programming, its creative, and its positioning within the community of St Pete. Every single touchpoint was built to reflect this new direction – from the overall messaging to the very first impression we’re making with website. It also needed to be effortless to use for everyone: volunteers, sponsors, donors, and their team on the back-end.

  • Creation of clear brand guidelines so that St Pete Pride can maintain consistency of voice and visuals no matter who is creating assets.
  • Development a new mission statement that speaks to the heart of your organization and serves as a promise for all members of St Pete’s LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
  • Designed, built, and launched a new website with mobile/responsive UX as our top priority, making it easy for visitors to navigate the site on any device.
  • Created a new, simple website sitemap that hits all of the important points and removes the fluff, making it super easy for their main audience to find the information they need quickly and effortlessly.
  • Streamlined the volunteer, sponsorship, and e-commerce system into a main hub so that it’s simple for their internal team to manage and easy for any new team member to learn.
